SHIPPING POLICY
At Voxwell, every candle is hand-poured in small batches, so we ask for a little patience between your order and your doorstep — we promise it's worth the wait.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). During sale periods or festive season, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING TIME & RATES
We currently ship across India.
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro / remote areas: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Shipping charges:
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,800
- A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies on orders below ₹1,800
These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed — factors like weather, regional disruptions, or peak season volume can occasionally cause delays.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status anytime under "Track My Order" or by logging into your account.
PACKAGING
Because candles are fragile and sensitive to heat, every order is packed with protective cushioning to minimize movement during transit. We recommend storing your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight upon arrival.
DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at voxwellstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the damaged item — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you. If your order is lost in transit and tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please reach out to us and we'll investigate with our courier partner.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to update your shipping address, email us at voxwellstore@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we're unable to make changes to the address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship outside India. We're working on expanding this in the future.
